Well, we got the apartment.
It’s ALMOST the tiniest thing I’ve ever lived in (aside from Little Italy), and cost as much in rent as what we moved out in the spring. “2nd Story” does NOT mean more square footage.
On the plus side - it’s in a township where there are no income taxes. The only utility is the the electric bill. It’s close to work, friends, and family, and plenty of brand new frienemies.
